Service Description

A class designed to ground and set a foundation of self-care in our local tribe. Families are invited to connect through conscious movement. We will engage in breathing exercises, yoga based physical activity, play, and related techniques aimed at regulating the nervous system. My intention is to provide a safe space in which to create healthy and sustainable relationships with our bodies, mind, soul and families.

Upcoming Sessions

For cancellations please let us know at least 12hrs in advance. Cancellations made within 12hrs will still be charged the full amount.
