The Echo Fitness studio hosts a variety of group classes that run on a weekly basis. Our schedule includes indoor cycling, yoga, pilates, circuits, active recovery and a variety of pop-up sessions. Matterhorn Training
A weekly times walk up the famous Matterhorn training from Cervo to Sunnegga. These sessions are great for monitoring your fitness throughout the summer
Echo Spin
Our take on the famous 'Spinning' product. These indoor group cycling sessions are great for all levels of fitness. Each person can adjust the difficulty of their session to suit their own fitness
Pilates
Pilates is a low intensity, full body workout promoting strength stability and flexibility
Bootcamp
A full body, high intensity training session testing cardiovascular and muscular strength
Legs and Bums
A lower body strength and conditioning class aimed to not only keep you ski fit but bikini ready!
