Our personal training packages are custom-made to suit your individual goals. Our sessions are preceded by a 1 on 1 consultation where we will carry out an initial evaluation. This usually includes basic fitness tests, a discussion of your medical history, body mass calculations and SMARTER goal setting. From this consulatation our trainers will be able to design a program personalised to you.
Personal training is available to suit all time frames. Whether you only require one or two sessions to put you on the right track or long term programming. Access to your details and progress will be available, exclusively to you, in your personalised follow up package. Feel free to contact us to discuss the options that will suit you.
Echo Fitness are affiliated with several gyms in town and in the summer the majority of our private sessions are run outdoors. We do however understand that this does not suit everyone and if you would prefer, we are available to come to you.
Our team are trained to be able to design a session with any facilities available.
As with all of our products, discretion is of utmost importance.
Remote Training Options
Unable to make it to the gym? Why not contact us to arrange remote training. One of our personal trainers will contact you to discuss important details such as your fitness level, likes and dislikes and schedule and with this in mind create an individual program to best achieve your goals.
Once your program has begun your trainer will check in with you at pre-arranged intervals with friendly reminders, weekly challenges and online tutorials to ensure you are staying on track. Your program and progress will be uploaded onto your private members area on the website so you can track your progress and chat with your trainer. You can arrange as much or as little contact as necessary.
